[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use my Galaxy A35 for work, scheduling/reminders, and for basically keeping my life together on the daily. I switched from a Google Pixel and the first thing I noticed, besides the absolutely adorable color, was how easy it was to use! The apps work seamlessly together and if theres ever a problem, its an absolute breeze to work with Samsung sevice techs to troubleshoot. I use the calendar for everything from daily reminders to scheduling events.
Samsung Notes makes everything from a grocery list to filling out forms a piece of cake. The battery holds up wonderfully, so I don't have to worry about dying toward the end of my day. I'm new to Samsung so I'm still learning about my phone, but I'm loving my device more every single day!

Solid choice for a midranger but it takes forever to get updates. Samsung keep your promise and update this phone regularly not whatever you feel like it .

Each OS update comes with standard security maintenance, ensuring your phone and personal data remain secure. You'll receive up to four generations of OS upgrades and up to five years of security updates.
Please note that Samsung and your carrier determine the release of updates for Galaxy phones. While Samsung provides the updates, your carrier decides when to push them to their servers, which is when you will receive the notification. We recommend updating your software whenever a new version is available to keep your device in optimal condition.
To complete a software update, follow these steps:
1. Using two fingers, swipe down from the top of the screen to access the notification panel.
2. Tap the Settings icon.
3. Swipe to and select Software update or System updates (the option may vary between models).
4. Tap on Download and Install, Check for system updates, or Check for software updates, depending on your carrier.

The touch sensitivity feature may have been enabled. If this setting is turned on without a protective film, the touchscreen may respond too sensitively and malfunction. To turn off the touch sensitivity feature, go to Settings, tap on Display, and then switch off the option for Touch sensitivity. If you need more troubleshooting steps, please refer to "Touchscreen Issues on a Galaxy Phone and Tablet." This guide includes possible factory reset options, which may help resolve what you are experiencing with your phone switching to speaker mode unexpectedly. This phone is making me crazy.

Horrible phone. Continual "glitches", keying errors, screen freezing, WAY too much junk downloaded from everywhere, brightness features are slow to respond.
NO explanation regarding new features. IE: BIXBY, upgrades to downloaded apps, AI features make you want to scream.
