Awesome upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Galaxy A35 5G phone has proven to be a decent upgrade. It's a lot faster than my previous phone (Galaxy A12). Unfortunately, it's missing a headphone input. Other than that, it runs installed programs (including Pokémon GO) with the greatest of ease.

Very smooth design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy Samsung products. I feel like they always have really smooth designs, as well as up to speed technology. I really like the camera features on my phone, all my pictures come out very crisp with great quality. The battery life is absolutely amazing. I can do many activities on my phone and the battery drainage is pretty slow. On the flip side of that my device also charges very quickly. I have multiple apps on my phone and all my programs run without interruption. If you are thinking about purchasing or switching over to a Samsung I highly recommend.

Hearing problems

. It cuts in and out randomly while using my new earbuds.. so annoying.. other than that the device seems to use the battery quite fast and only charges to 80%.. waiting to see if it gets updated with AI to help fix these problems

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. If your Galaxy phone or tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn-out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Take a moment to review, "Galaxy phone or tablet will not charge" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device. Without having more information about what type of earbuds you're using with your device and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I suggest reaching out to Samsung Support if you would like assistance with troubleshooting your device at your leisure. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone. I love the functionality of the phone. It's easy to use and the pictures from the camera and for video are super clear. I would recommend this phone to someone who doesn't have the finances to afford a Galaxy series phone. Great alternative
