I upgraded from the Galaxy A13 to the Galaxy A35 and I'm glad I did. I love the Galaxy A35 picture resolution, fast speed and it also has lots of space. I would recommend this phone as a perfect upgrade.

Smooth running and decent pictures

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previous I had the Samsung Galaxy a51 and this phone is so much smoother, runs so much faster, and the picture quality is on point. Not to mention I wasn't really familiar with the Galaxy AI until I got this phone, I've been using it quite a bit now and it's very helpful I absolutely love it.

Hello!...” Then you are looking to see what could have happened. We have all been there; however, if it is happening more than usual, it may be a good idea to figure out why. The first troubleshooting step is ensuring you have a reasonable charge on your phone. Using an authorized Samsung charger will allow your battery to perform better. Also, closing down applications that are not in use can assist with your phone having more stability. If your device is shutting down completely, ensure your phone case is not obstructing the power button on your device. How you are gripping your device may be interacting with buttons that may cause your device to power down.
