[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love galaxy phones. Always have! Galaxy Ai is nice to have. I use my phone for literally everything. I play games, listen to music, watch tv/movies, use social media, browse the internet, earn cash media apps and so much more. Its nice having a water alert too. After having this phone for 9 or 10 months it started freezing. I can pull my top menu down and i can swipe the bottom 3 buttons but thats it. I cant even power my phone off when this happens. I had to let it die the first time. The next few times I was actually able to do a hard reset. Not sure why it wouldn't work the first time. The battery doesnt last as long either. The charger broke at the plug part the first week I had it. The camera doesnt like to zoom properly so im forced to use other apps to take photos then save them to my phone. Im very loyal to Samsung and have been for over 12 years so this has been a major bummer. Otherwise, I enjoy having this phone but I am ready to move on to a different galaxy or maybe just a different Samsung all together .

That's too deceptive, making you think that it's the real application and really you're just downloading a whole nother one other than that, the device works functions nicely durable, it's been dropped without a case more than once and still intact.
