Thank you for sharing your experience with your Galaxy A35 5G! While Galaxy AI is an exciting new feature for Galaxy phones, it may not be fully available on your model just yet. If your device is showing a blank screen, there are several steps you can take to understand what might be happening. For instance, your device’s battery could be drained, or it may simply need a reset. We recommend performing a force restart by pressing and holding the Power button (or Side button) and the Volume down button for 20 seconds.
For more troubleshooting guidance, you can check out the online article titled “Blank or black display on a Samsung phone or tablet.” If the screen remains unresponsive after trying these steps, your device may require service. Perfect for teens

I have had this phone since 2022 and is still in great shape. Galaxy AI is amazing! biggest downfall is the charging port has seen better days and lacks the ability to wireless charge.

A 35 5G review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The a35 5g is a decent phone for on a budget. The camera is good and it has 6 gigs ram so I'm not totally boged down but it can get laggy. I have had issues with sending picture messages but that's all the issues I have had.
