They don’t work. As others have noted they will not power on after charging. They don’t work.

Bought 2 pairs. Neither one would actually turn in. Garbage.

THESE DO NOT WORK. They do not pull up to add w Bluetooth. I tried to no avail. I went to ATT and they said that bars should show up however it does not. They said it’s been more than two weeks since I got them so I would have to go to an actual Apple Store for assistance. I have no interest in going to an Apple Store because ours are always in the malls.

Thanks for sharing your experience with Beats Flex. If they’re not pairing via Bluetooth, try resetting them by holding the power button for 10 seconds, updating your phone’s software, and forgetting then re-pairing the device in Bluetooth settings.
If that doesn’t work, Apple support can assist, though we understand the hassle of visiting a mall location. Scheduling a Genius Bar appointment or using remote support might be easier options.

Love the fit and the weight of the earbuds. Cannot get them to pair.
