They know what they’re doing…

Ordered online , just got them today. They don’t work. Almost like they know they’re selling broken products… it’s a reason these things are on clearance. They’re banking on people spending their hard earned money and not having the time or care to return the broken products smh. Don’t buy unless you feel like dealing with returns and what not…
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would not charge. I was buying this as an extra, because I loved my first beats.
Response from ATT.comBy IsabellaAT&T CAREAugust 25, 2025
Hello, Mojetro! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry for the issues you're experiencing with your new Beats Flex; we understand it could be frustrating to receive a defective product and that we all want to keep an extra pair of earphones just in case.
We want to give you a hand to find a fix for this. Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Check you charging port for any debris or damage.
- Try using different USB-C chargers.
- Try resetting your headphones by holding down the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15 seconds.

If the issue persists, we suggest contacting Apple for further assistance.

At AT&T, we are always happy to help!

Response from ATT.comBy AT&T CARE - IsabellaSeptember 16, 2025
Thank you for sharing your experience—receiving a new product that doesn’t work is never ideal. Since you’ve already tried charging and resetting your Beats Flex earphones with no success, the next best step is to reach out directly to Apple Support. Beats products are manufactured and supported by Apple, and they offer a one-year limited warranty. Apple’s team can help with troubleshooting, repair, or replacement for devices that are dead on arrival. To get started, visit Apple Support – Beats or head to your nearest Apple Store with your earphones and proof of purchase. We hope this helps and that you’re up and running with your new earphones soon!
