My phone cracked from falling off a coffee table

I have always used OtterBox and never had a problem until this case. I am mad because had I known this couldn’t withstand such a low-level fall, I wouldn’t have gotten this kind. Disappointed.

Doesn’t protect the screen

I used to have this case for all my other phones and i got it for my 13 pro max and it does NOT protect the screen whatsoever???????? It’s not raised enough to protect the screen from a flat fall, im so so so disappointed

Case is good, but design not as expected

From the website picture, I expected it to be a more glitter ombré. Not the case at all. It’s solid black on the bottom that transitions to black specs. Now glitter or iridescence at all. Was pretty disappointed.

I purchased this case because it is clear. I have had it about a week. I like the case overall but I am not able to charge my phone with a wireless device. It is a bit frustrating because I was looking forward to charging my phone wirelessly.
