I bought this mixer to make large batches of bread but there is no cookbook with the mixer, and I don't have time to research recipes to find one that fits this mixer. What is the maximum amount of flour will this mixer hold and how many loaves of bread can I make in this mixer?

The greatest Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the first one last dec and it allows me to make triple batches of cookies that are given to the Nurses ag my VA Hospital.
I make at least four batches which are given to the nurses along with coffee and fudge of which I make about 40 pounds. To say my nurses love me is an understatement

I received this last year, and it's been a great mixer. We've made cookies and even mixed bread dough with ease. I am looking forward to holiday baking this year!

She’s turning into my personal chef and discovering new adventures in old family recipes now handed down to her. It has been fun watching her learn new techniques with this amazing machine. Great new features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model to replace an older one that served me faithfully for 30 years. I gave my older on to my niece, but missed having one of my own. Really like the new feature of 1/2 speed for folding in delicate items like blueberries.
