Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old KichenAid mixer just was not large enough for my needs. This one is fantastic. It has a huge bowl and a very powerful motor. I am loving it. I only wish that I could find either a glass or ceramic bowl to fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for Christmas from my husband. It seems like the quality is not as good as older mixers. My mother has one that is at least 25 years old and hers seems more heavy duty. Kind of disappointing.

Not as good as they used to make them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purschased this last June, 2024. I have only used to make make cookie dough and soft buns. It burnt out after my third batch of cookies. I have received no call back from customer service after being on hold twice for over 40 mins and tried several unsuccessful attemts to use the on-line customer service chat. It's been sitting on my floor for 2 months already. I regret giving my 20 year old one away for this new purchase that no longer works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Great Upgrade!

I make a lot of big batches of bread and cookies and my old mixer struggled with the volume I was doing. This mixer has no issues and I've loved it so far. My only regret is not upgrading sooner.
