Great until the hose cracks

I bought this product (2 of them) and both of them have cracked hoses at the base by the brush. I purchased them In October of 2025 and both of them are garbage as of 2026. Hoover also is out of stock for the correct replacement parts. The vacuum was great until this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery Almost Caught On Fire

I purchased this vacuum after an older Hoover Stick vacuum I had stopped working. It worked just as great as the old one had and had a long battery life until about 40 days after owning it when I put the battery on the charger and left the room for literally a minute and came back to horrible smoke and a smoldering battery. I wasted all that money and can never trust one of these vacuums again if it can happen that quick. I'll be buying a corded vacuum from a different company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery

I do not have this particular model but I do have the Hoover Blade which apparently, they do not make anymore. The battery stopped charging and can't find one anywhere, not even from Hoover. Keep that in mind and appears the batterys are almost as much as the vacuum. Im so sad I love that thing!!!

Gonna switch companies never buying Hoover again

Bought this product about three months ago front hose cracked on the lower part of the roll brush Can't even find a replacement part or take it apart to see if I could fix the hose spend so much money on something that doesn't even work for a whole yearCompletely irritated
