Bought sept 18 and now head doesn't work keep stopping bad bearings squeal loudly

Great at first but very disappointing overall

What has happened to you Hoover?
Recieved new as a gift over the summer of 2025. Initially was very impressed with the versatility and ease of use, now 7 months later, the hose split on the floor attachment and vacuum is basically unusable for vacuuming around the house. Very disappointed with Hoover quality control.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Failure

This product is not worth the money. The vaccum Attachment does not last. I have had two, both with the same problem. Hair build up behind the plastic gear which causes heat build up and eventually failure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great suction, some parts cheaply made

Fell in love with my cordless hoover at the start. The powerful suction was amazing.It lifted the dirt and dust right from the bottom of the carpet. However, after maybe close to a year of having the hoover, one of the wheels fell off the power nozzle. I was amazed at how quickly it was replaced by the warranty. However, the second brand new hoover I had fell apart quite quickly.
Overall it's a decent vacuum. The second battery is a must for even medium sized areas. Suction is good overall. The floor attachment is great, but I've seen enough reviews about the hose being brittle and breaking that I try to be as gentle as possible with it. I've found the pet attachment to be pretty useless. I probably wouldn't buy this again.

Better than expected!

Wow cleans just as well as my corded vacuum. Picks up hair on carpet! & The battery lasts pretty long. The only neg is the cup is small. Cleaning the filter is tedious & needs to be changed often. But still good suction- 1 yr later
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lower Flex hose will crack and split!

Was happy with the vacuum until the lower suction hose that attaches to the floor head cracked and split all over. Now it’s useless and Hoover doesn’t sell a replacement part for it! Go figure!

Sucks well.. Only had 1 month. cleaning part sucks

We bought the vacuum in Jan. 10, 2026 and I will start with the positive and go from there. It has great suction.It has nice attachments etc. My complaint is when you try to clean it and empty the hair/dirt the top part don't stay together you have to hold on tight so it don't fall apart. The dirt cup filter black part falls out very easily. It falls on the floor. It's hard to hang on to. I guess in that sense it's terrible. I just wanted to company to work on fixing that part on the next product they make. I get so mad when I have to empty the filter cup where the cyclone tube it's the black part that is the troubled part. I know there is nothing I can do, but wanted the company to know what's NOT the BEST functioning part of the vacuum. I hate to do bad reviews, but it becomes frustrating when you buy something and have troubles from the get go.
