I bought a hoover Stick vacuum two years ago - I am not able to get the replacement parts. Brush assembly worn out quickly. Hard to clean the Brush joints. Hair stuck with the spinning part and makes it hard to remove.

So great getting twice

Love this vacuum. Unfortunately after two years it finally gave up to our extra hairy black lab. But am definitely considering purchasing this item again.

Failing way too soon

I purchased 2 of these. Both of the hoses in the flexible floor attachment broke. The oldest of the 2 has a battery failure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't waste your money

Unit has very weak suction. Unit repeatedly shuts itself off while still lots of available battery charge. Hoover chatbot no help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

More than I bargained for!

I have had it for 3 years and love it, but I had not used it much until recently. It's powerful and light weight. It's great for quick pickups, and I recently discovered it can take on my whole house!
