Horrible lifespan!

This vacuum started off great. Floors were thoroughly cleaned, no fur left in sight. Over time it became less efficient. It is now at a point that the vacuum won’t run for more than a minute at a time, suction is non-existent. Proper maintenance has been conducted, there are no obstructions, filters are clean and the battery is at full charge. Very disappointed! We haven’t had this vacuum for more than 6 months and already in need of a new one, unless Hoover steps up here I won’t be buying another one of their products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent suction and battery life, crap hose

I loved this vacuum. 2 batteries, one on the charger, one on the vacuum. Lots of power to clean up, gets into the baseboard corners, does carpet well, bare floors, pet hair, even small rocks in the foyer. However, the hose in the power head has split. Now if I tip the stick vacuum back more than 15-20 degrees the hose opens up and voids all of the excellent suction this vacuum has. I am here on the website to look for a solution, repair or replacement but I cannot find my model number on the website search. It’s too bad because this is the perfect vacuum for our situation. I hope to resolve this and not be forced to buy a new unit.

Dust buster alone has really poor suction together with the vacuum cleaner it's good. Have had other hoover stick vacs with removable dust busters that had way more suction.

Après seulement 6 mois la grosse brosse ne fonctionne plus ! Aucun roulement du rouleau, plus rien…. Je ne recommande pas du tout !

Faulty charger

Our charging plug broke or died, it keeps flashing the “Service” light and we assumed it was the battery itself and bought a new battery. So now we have 2 batteries and nothing to charge it with. Only had this vacuum for 5 months.

Terrible design and battery lasted only a few months with minimal use. And I am an industrial designer for 30 years with Rubbermaid Commercial and Lenovo so I know what I am talking about.

Power head started to fail within first couple of months. Disassembled and cleaned frequently but still binds and screams. Poor quality
