Heater was easy to assemble. All parts fit properly and are made of quality materials. The heater easily heats a 10x10 outdoor area. Have recommended this heater to friends.

We live in AZ but it still gets too cold to sit on the deck by 5:00. With this heater we can sit out there VERY comfortably.

Nice heat

Bought this for our deck. Live in Centerville, OH and enjoy coffee in the morning watching the birds come to our feeders. Had over a foot of snow this morning and heater still kept us comfortable. Would HIGHLY recommend this product.

We bought this product last year for our back patio. Glad we did. It adds so much to the “Outside Experience”. I love not having to deal with Propane Tanks. Assembly was pretty straight forward. This year we had an issue. IR Heater would shut off about every 15 min. Turned out to be the on-board thermostat. Called Tech. Support and they identified the problem and sent a new thermostat, with installation instructions. Installed the component in about 20 min. Problem seems to have been resolved.
The whole process went very smoothly. Once I was able to provide “Proof of Purchase”, the part was on its way. We were able to resolve the problem very expeditiously. A special “Shout Out” goes to Tech. Support & Customer Service for their guidance and support during this.
