Just What We Needed

We bought this heater to extend the use of our patio in the pre and post seasons for summer and it has been great. It really cranks out the heat and it is so easy to just flip the switch and turn it on. No propane to deal with, so nice. The ability to raise and lower the unit and tilt the head gives you control on how much heat you feel radiating from the unit. A fabulous purchase.

Just setup a couple days ago. assembly took about 40 minutes. high quality stainless steel. entire heater weel built.

Ready for Fall

I ordered the unit and received in five days. Assembly was straightforward. couple of concerns that contributed to the four star review; the on/off switch doesn't seat well against pole and clamp collars have sharp edges. This unit will be used on our screened porch. I can't wait for some cooler weather to give it a full seasonal try.

Great for outdoor dining

Bought this for my Father-in-law's 91st birthday party. To keep him safe from COVID exposure, we had our party outside on the deck in 50 degree weather. A bit chilly, especially for someone his age. The patio heater saved the day and kept the whole family warm. Solid build quality and good and flexible design.

Lots of Heat

I purchased this for use on our patio for cooler fall evenings. We used for our recent Halloween party and it was a hit. Fairly easy to assemble and looking forward to many years of use.

Handy, no gas connection required!

I used it for the first and only time so far. Ran it for two hours with no issues. Heat fall off is as I expected for this kind of source. 4" is too close, 10 feet is too far. Assembly was not difficult to understand but hardware and the alignment of holes or threads that didn't turn easily made it more difficult. I highly recommend using a 10mm socket for most of the supports bolts. Raising the column requires a bit of strength but stays put without issue. Knobs for tightening could be more finger friendly. The cord could be about 6 feet longer. The base has two extra holes that seem unnecessary and are not explained. The cover goes on with the zipper toward the base. Wheels with larger diameter would make it roll easier and smoother.

Great Product! Very Classy, Very Warm, Very Quick

I bought this heater in October of 2022. Used it the same month on our covered patio and it works very quickly to warm the area. It is extremely nice looking (stainless steel), has withstood some heavy winds already and was easy to put together. No more clicking and hoping the propane starts, no more running to the store for more propane, just heat when you need it! Love this thing!

Nice little Infrared Heater

I haven’t used the heater much, but heats up quickly and puts out enough heat for the small area we used it. Building it was not difficult. The only issue I ran into is the rubber cover around the power switch is loose and either too thick or mine is warped where the on switch won’t stay on without me moving the rubber cover slightly to let the switch stay on.
