This was a replacement for my V7 animal which I got in 2016. I wore that one out. It's great because of the long battery charge. It's amazing how much it picks up. This one is heavier to use though. It wore me out but I had just had major surgery 2 weeks ago.

Bought about 1 month ago. Thought it had the extra piece for picking up dust from vinyl floors, but it didn't. Pricey vac and I don't want to spend more to buy attachment. Right after I bought the V11 the V12 went on sale for the same price. Also the small piece I use on furniture and car, the red felt piece keeps coming off.

I’ve been very impressed by the efficiency of the unit and how well it picks up everything. It is a bit heavier than my V6, but that’s a minor issue in comparison with the daily use.
