Great vacuum, wish I would have got it sooner. I have 2 dogs so I use it almost daily. It has performed better than what I expected. Long term will tell about durability but my daughter has a 3 year old V8 that has performed excellent so I'm expecting the same. I would definitely buy it again.

Vacuum is great. I love how you can empty out what you vacuumed up. I just wish you didn’t have to hold the on switch the whole time you are using it. I wish they had an option to just turn it on. Holding the switch the whole time is difficult for someone with arthritis.

I bought the Dyson 11 extra because it can go underneath beds, furniture and is super easy to maneuver! I am so glad I did! No more backaches! I also love the ease of emptying it into a trash can! I already owned and love the Dyson car and RV vacuum which I bought a few years back, so it was natural to get a Dyson for the house. I love their quality, ease of charging, no cord to run over and a variety of attachments to make cleaning easier and faster.

I am struggling with vacuuming on my carpet. I have one attachment that goes from floor to carpet, but I really have to push it and I’m not sure if I’m not using the attachment properly. There seems to be a rubber piece that catches on the rug.

Love the vac! It is strong, runs long, and is super easy to use and empty. This is my 4th Dyson (3rd stick, 1 upright)! I needed to keep a vac at a house we are moving into while we are in transition. My earlier models are still going strong. I can't say enough about the quality, value, and longevity of these vacs.

Got Dyson for Christmas. Battery will not charge absolutely dead or either it is a piece of junk. Having received a battery replacement yet or service. . Horrible service through email only.

This vacuum is the best ever and I love the color! I had a V8 pet version before but this one has a whole lot more sucking power! The best I've ever seen. Also, what brilliant engineering with the one step release to empty the bin and the automatic cleaning of the filter! I couldn't believe the amount of dirt it picked up from my rug. I highly recommend this product!!
