First time owner here. When searching for a vacuum a cleaner. Don't let the pressure of prices scare you! From right out of the box, I was impressed with the packaging to assembley. Performance of the Dyson V11 has engineering cleaning technology to the next level, in a class by itself! So, simple, yet easy to assemble and use. Only thing I'd suggest, is to not rely on standing in the up right position. Due to the weight of the vacuum cleaner itself when being used with the stick carpet attachment. The battery does really well. Be sure to follow the instructions manual for proper charging. The design of the vacuum cleaner is made really well for cleaning. I'm so glad, I went ahead and spent the extra money, for a great vacuum cleaner!!

good vacuum does a good job battery life not so good, could buy a extra battery, but if your looking for something that has a lot of suction power stick to the OUTSIZE Vacuum yes it may be a lot more money but its worth it!!!

It vacuums but it doesn’t vacuum everything. Had little crumbs of chips and cereal, my vacuum would not suck it up. A bit frustrating for as expensive this vacuum is. Also, it would be nice if it had a light on it so you can see what your vacuuming up especially in dark areas.

Performance is excellent. Suction is outstanding. Battery lasts longer compared to my previous Dyson. I just wish the connector to fold the vacuum for under beds, etc is included.

I purchased this vaccum 6 weeks ago. I am very happy with its performance. The bigger bin it really nice. The only thing I don't like is the fact that I paid so much for it and it doesn't have a power trigger that you don't have to hold.

We love our Dyson. It replaced a full-size electric vacuum. The Dyson has good suction, efficiently picks up pet hair and dirt on multiple surface and is very quiet compared to our electric. We have not had any issues with battery run time being too short to clean up everything.
