Like the ease of use . The battery holds up really well . It seems to have good suction and filtration on carpet and no carpet areas . Has plenty of attachments and lower noise level than my old corded vacuum and much easier on my back .

I purchased the V11 2 weeks ago to replace my previous Dyson V7. I am very pleased with the cleaning capacity, better battery life and the hair retractor precluding obstruction of the roller. The vacuum has performed well on various surfaces, tile, wood and carpets.

I really don’t like the “battery saving” power switch trigger. It is way too bunglesome to pick up or carry the vac without my finger constantly pressing the power switch and inadvertently turning the thing on before I’m ready to vacuum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
