Bought Vacuum a week ago. Great for floor in cleaning just fair for carpet service. Does not pick up as well as old vacuum cleaner on carpets and fluff up pile to look like very cleaned.
You have to hold the trigger the entire time while vacuuming. Not comfortable to operate at all. It’s really too bad. The vacuum cleaner does a 4-star job, but the trigger design makes this a bad product overall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought about a month ago and so glad I did. I wish I bought sooner. We have 2 dogs and to see the amount of hair this vacuum picks up daily is crazy. Very impressed with the suction power, all the attachments, not heavy or loud. One of my favorite things is the ball at the end that allows the brush head to pivot & rotate to get in small spaces. You get what you pay for and this vacuum is worth the money
I’ve been using the Dyson V11 for a few weeks now, and it has completely changed the way I clean. It’s lightweight, powerful, and incredibly easy to maneuver around furniture and tight corners. The suction is outstanding—my carpets, hardwood floors, and even rugs have never looked better. Battery life is impressive, and I love how it automatically adjusts power based on the surface. The design is sleek, and emptying the dustbin is hassle-free. It’s definitely an investment, but one that makes cleaning quicker, quieter, and honestly…kind of fun!
