I bought this about two weeks ago and like it a lot. I'm almost 80 years old and have a problem with the weight of the vacuum so it takes longer than normal to do the cleaning because I need to stop and take a rest in between.

I purchased the V11 last month and it has been great! The performance and flexibility has been beyond my expectations. The attachments allow me not only to clean my stairs at home quickly, but I also use it to clean my Sprinter Van. The power head is great for both carpeted and hardwood surfaces.

I really like this vacuum. It’s lightweight and the battery sufficiently hold a charge for cleaning. It throughly cleans and does great on carpet and hardwood. There are two areas of improvement: the floor attachment is smaller than I’m accustomed to so I feel it takes longer to clean an area and I would really like to not hold a trigger to clean. When vacuuming large areas it can become cumbersome for old hands.
