I have owned Dyson vacs in the past; however, the V11 is special. It works with ease and provides settings for all types of surfaces. It is very efficient picking up from the smallest particle. I don’t need to rush as it runs for more than the time to vacuum my entire home. I just love it!

I love this vacuum, it picks up all the dirt, cat liter, and dust really well. I had to purchase a slide lock that keeps the trigger on for the vacuum, otherwise you have to keep your finger on the trigger which causes pain and fatigue. I also wish it had a lighted head so you can see shadows better for vacuuming. It is a really good quality vacuum, but a little pricey.

Vacuum works great. The dirt bin comes off every time you empty which is really annoying. Other then that it’s great.

I love the new vacuum. Our old Dyson stick vacuum must have lasted 10+ years. Also have a regular plug-in Dyson that has lasted forever. My only complaint is that we were offered a free gift so I chose the vacuuming tools. The tools we received were identical to what had already come with the vacuum though. Wish I knew that before I chose that as a free gift. Not sure if Dyson can help with this in someway?
