Runs when it wants to very touchy I guess for dust

Bought this a week ago and first time using it it stopped and now every use of it, it stop while using it!!! I had an older one and never had a problem with it.

I’ve always loved Dyson but this is The easiest and most intuitive vacuum I’ve ever had. I have dog hair in my house equivalent to a wool factory in a tornado and the V 11 manages it in a way I could never have anticipated. So grateful for this amazing vacuum! It’s light and easy to is as well. The battery charge is phenomenal.
