Great for little pickups

I bought this about 1 month ago with the thought that this would service the entire house. While this is great on hardwood floors and some carpet, we have struggled with thick pile carpet. You have to bend down to a point that very quickly your back is killing you. It does really nice on steps due to the light weight but I think I will have to look for a bigger machine to do the whole house.

Awesome Vac!

I purchased one three years ago and absolutely loved it! I used it to clean the back of our fridge (which was horrible) and the motor was seizing. I couldn’t do without so I ordered a new one and upgraded, I absolutely love the power these little hand vacs have! Tried a cheaper one and it in no way compares to the Dyson! Long story short my husband cleaned my old Dyson and now we still back to working! Absolutely love my Dyson and can’t do without, especially with all the grandchildren!!

I’m so sad to have to leave this kind of re ire because I absolutely love the way my Dyson cleans! Just the best! However, my Dyson is broken more than it works. I don’t vacuum a lot. Maybe once a week. But since getting this vacuum cleaner for Christmas 2019, it’s been one problem after another. Worked fine for about a month, then the problems. First, at full charge. I only get about 3 maybe 4 minutes of vacuuming in before the battery goes dead. When you have a two story house, that’s frustrating. Then started the never ending “pulsing” and then shutting off. Yes, I cleaned the filters very well and let the dry for 24 hours. Yes, I bought new filters. Yes, I checked the vacuum and parts for blockages. Yes, I empty it and he all the dirt out. And yes, I made sure it was charging and charged. But still after every 2 to 3 uses, the pulsating starts and no matter all the servicing I just mentioned, it still won’t wilt properly. And as I said, this is so frustrating because the vacuum is THE BEST at cleaning! For the money you pay to buy this, this vacuum should work flawlessly. But mine does not. Going to have to take the charging station down, throw it away and purchase another vacuum, even though I hate to have to do it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outstanding vacuum

This model is just wonderful for our purposes. It is possible to vacuum the entire home (and we have a large home) without recharging, yet it remains lightweight. For areas exposed to more traffic, it is superb in picking up the dirt. We are truly happy.

great vacuum

We have only had our vacuum for a couple of weeks, so I can't speak to how it performs over time, but currently the suction is amazing that all of the attachments are very helpful. We have all wood floors with area rugs and a hairy dog. I love the Auto feature moving from carpet to hard floors, and I love having my first cordless vacuum! My house is much cleaner! My only criticism is that the main unit is heavy and my arm gets tired when using just the attachments. (I'm 63 and my arm strength isn't great). It is very expensive, but I already think it is worth it as it will make my life much easier!

Love, Love, Love it!!

We had the V10, which was great, but then decided to take the leap and get the V11. All I can say is "wow!!" The V11 is more powerful, quieter, and has great battery life! We have porcelain tile, hardwood, and rugs and it works great on all three. I couldn't be more pleased with the performance. Great vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I am a bit disappointed in battery life I am learning how to manage that properly and I think that is on me. I love the ease of Changing out attachments and it has been everything I hope it would.

Best Cordless Stick Vacuum Ever

We have three dogs who shed. This is the only vacuum that picks up EVERY strand of fur from carpets and floors. Great accessories make it cinch to use anywhere.
