I ahve had this for a couple month's, it is an ok vac, time will tell. The main thing is how well the battery will hold up over time and if warranty is needed how well dyson will handle it, I usually get good good service out of everything I buy and I expect this to be no different, looking forward to many years of good service out iif it, it is easy to dump the container.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad vacuum

We bought two of these vacuums. We are very disappointed, we waste our money twice!!!
both of them worked for a few months and then they died. Very poor quality and very expensive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased Hoover - 6 weeks ago
Good points - delivered quickly, well packaged, looks solid, quite a few accessories, Looks and feel nice.
Bad points ,way to heavy to pick up and move around as many have said before. Takes to long to charge, digital displays are just a gimmick and just add to the cost and running of the machine.
The wall bracket is made from cheap plastic and feels like it’s going to break when slotting in and taking out the heavy hoover. Bracket looks very cheap for a premium product at the high end of the price bracket..
The Battery occasionally stops / starts for no reason - don’t know if this is a design feature to save on battery life - although I doubt it - very disappointing.
Final thoughts - Disappointed!! - although I have bought Dyson hoovers in the past and been happy with them — i would find it hard to recommend this product for the reasons mentioned above, I had hoped for better.
The hoover does not feel as if it’s any more powerful than previous models I’ve had before, it doesn’t live up to the Hype. ( Clever advertising )

So far so good

So far I am really enjoying the V11. It has a lot more suction than my old Dyson stick vacuum and I like the digital readout of battery life that updates based on the floor you are on and the settings.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great battery life and a pleasure to use, so easy to use and very good suction on carpet and hard floors . Would never but a corded cleaner again.

Works fine thus far. Only add-ons purchased were the flexible extension hose and attachment for under furniture cleaning.
