My Dyson V11 is perfect for my needs whether vacuuming my entire downstairs luxury vinyl plants or vacuuming my entire upstairs carpets. It's powerful and lasts a long time.

Worth the price of admission!

Following two purchases of cheaper cordless vacs, both of which lacked acceptable battery life, I finally caved and purchased the V11. Well worth the price! After vacuuming my 3 bedroom ranch style home with a combo of hardwood and area rugs, I'm still left with 25 minutes of battery. The attachments are great as well!

With 60 hours of run time, you can vacuum your entire house with one charge. The LCD screen always shows you how much time you have left, which I love. Every speck of dirt is sucked up leaving your floors spotless. The new brush head has amazing de-tangling power that sucks up long hair. My hair is always sheading around the house, and I was amazed by the power to detangle hair. You can actually see the hair in the bin. I love all of the included attachments, which makes this an easy choice for a vacuum purchase. I swear by all Dyson products, and this is just another win in my book. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone!

Game changer for home cleaning: Dyson V11

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Dyson V11 cordless vacuum cleaner for a week now and it's completely absolutely decreased the amount of time it takes to vacuum my home.
Firstly, the design and aesthetic of the Dyson V11 is impressive. It just looks sleek, modern and very cool. Not things I've ever thought about a standard household item but what you do tend to notice when you're unboxing the V11. The convenience of this cordless design has allowed me to easily clean five bedrooms without the hassle of unwinding a cord or finding a new plug each time.
The power and efficiency of this vacuum cleaner have been remarkable. It has three settings - Eco, Medium, and Boost - each one tailored for different cleaning requirements. Medium seems to be the most balanced (go figure) and has become my typical go-to for spot cleaning for both spot cleaning, as well as more time consuming jobs. Econ still works well, and certainly gives just about an hour of cleaning time, but I prefer the balance of Medium. Boost mode is perfect for when things get messy. This allows you to blast through just about every mess with satisfaction.
One of the standout features has been its battery life. Lasting for up to 60 minutes, it's enough to clean my entire house without needing a recharge. And when it does need to be recharged, the handy LCD screen provides real-time reporting on performance and run time, so I'm never caught by surprise. I've had other cordless vacuums in the past, and it seems like I could get max 15 minutes without having to pop it back on the charger.
Speaking of the LCD screen, it's an excellent addition, making it easy to maintain the vacuum and troubleshoot any issues. It displays everything from battery life to blockage reports, which helps in keeping the machine in top-notch condition.
The filtration system is another feature worth mentioning. The fully-sealed filtration system claims to trap 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, ensuring that only clean air is released back into your home. This was a very important point to me as I do have seasonal allergies and definitely don't want to be blasting allergens back into the air.
One of the concerns I had before purchasing was about storing such a device. But, Dyson provides a hassle-free wall-mounted dock that not only stores the vacuum but also charges it, saving me a lot of space and trouble.
Despite all its benefits, the V11 is more expensive than some others in cordless space. However, you're getting Dyson quality with advanced features, stellar performance, and the convenience it offers, I believe it's a justified investment. Frankly, if you're reading this review, then you're probably already aware of the quality that the name implies.
Pros:
1. Design and Convenience: The sleek, modern design of the Dyson V11 adds a touch of elegance to this everyday household device. Its cordless nature allows seamless room-to-room cleaning, eliminating the need for finding plugs or managing unwieldy cords.
2. Power and Efficiency: The three settings - Eco, Medium, and Boost - cater to a range of cleaning needs, from light dusting to intensive scrubbing.
3. Battery Life: One of the biggest selling points of the V11 is its extensive battery life. With up to 60 minutes of run time, it's more than capable of cleaning a large house on a single charge.
4. Intelligent Features: The LCD screen offers real-time reporting on performance and battery life, as well as helpful maintenance reminders and blockage reports. This smart feature makes it easy to maximize the vacuum's potential and keep it running smoothly.
5. Pet Hair: We have a household with two large dogs that are allowed to go everywhere. That means dog hair is allowed to go everywhere. The easy no tangle brush heads of the V11 have no issues picking up dog hair from both bare and carpeted floors, as well as couches and chairs. It's become so much more convenient to spot clean with the Dyson, rather than having to go through the whole process of getting a large cleaner set up.
5. Filtration System: Dyson's fully-sealed filtration system traps 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, ensuring clean air output. This feature is especially beneficial for allergy sufferers.
6. Storage Solution: The wall-mounted dock is a smart solution for storing and charging the device, helping to save space and keep your home clutter-free.
Cons:
1. Price: The Dyson V11 is a premium product. While certainly an investment, the advanced features, robust performance, and convenience offered justify the cost for those willing to invest in a high-end cleaning tool.

I like the vacuum and the convivence of no cord. I do have some problem with having to hold the on button all the time. I have arthritis in my fingers and would like the on button to be on without holding it for continuous vacuuming. It also rubs on my thumb knuckle and is painful. I wish it would set up by itself instead of always leaning against a wall or the furniture. Instead of a dock hanging on the wall I would prefer one on the floor to set it in. I have plaster walls so will never use the wall dock. I also miss the ease of my old plug in Dyson extension tube so much handier than having to take the machine apart to vacuum edges. Overall, I do like the suction of the vacuum and when my kids visit with their dogs it picks the hair up very easily. It also has enough charge to cover my whole house with no problem,

Easy cordless vacuuming like a dream!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first cordless vacuum and all I have to say is WOW! The whole experience cleaning with Dyson cordless vacuum was very pleasant and easy! Battery pack charged fairly quickly and I started vacuuming my large 3 bedroom apartment. I have young children and vacuum pretty often.
I was amazed how easy it was vacuuming with cordless vacuum, I finished vacuuming the whole apartment in less than half the time it usually takes me. I selected Medium setting and it was perfect for both carpets & floors. Love the battery indicator showing how much battery time is left.
Attachments are very useful! Usually I have a hard time vacuuming underneath my bedroom dressers but with Dyson and swivel head vacuuming all that dust and reaching in tight spaces was quick and easy!
I also was very impressed that our long hair weren’t tangled in a brush, like our previous vacuum.
Sleek, modern design. This machine is seriously amazing!
Emptying garbage was easy peasy with a press of a button.
Now I will be buying the same vacuum for my mom because I know she’ll appreciate how easy vacuuming is with Dyson cordless!
I also love how neatly it stores against the wall in my kitchen without taking a lot of space.
I would recommend this to a friend!
