A Very well designed product

This Dyson is excellent, we have a lab/husky that sheds constantly and a mixture of vacuum's to try and cope with the endless hair. I have an iRobot that is used daily but obviously can't tackle the stairs. The house is a mix of hardwood and carpet and this is where the V11 excels, it tackles the dog hair easily on all surfaces and the benefit of not having a cord is so convenient. The panel displays run time, charge etc and the addition of the charger/holder which happens to fit nicely in my tall kitchen cupboard that has a built in outlet makes for a very tidy outfit. I am super impressed with the Dyson, it's a very well executed vacuum for any home.

Nice Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very nice machine than what I have a V8. The battery times are longer. However, it is little Havey that my wife could not hander by one hand compared to V8.

I love my Dyson V11 cordless vac. I got all the tools and I'm a vacuuming nut!! I can't believe all the dirt this thing picks up!! Canister reveals all. I love how quiet and powerful this model is. So light and picks up everything.

Better than previous with one exception

Love the v11, we had a previous model and this one has a better canister, more power, the wall cradle makes more sense, but one little thing.. the old one remembered that you were in boost mode. This one you have to cycle through 3 settings. Would be a great software upgrade if you all just remembered the last used setting.

Vacuum works fantastic. It is so lightweight it is easy to pull out and use quickly. Not having a cord is awesome. It does worry me that a lot of the parts are plastic but I am hoping for the best.

Haven't needed to detangle hair in the roller yet

A few weeks in, many uses-- in a family with a dog, and three human females with long hair that ALWAYS wrapped around the rotor bar in every vacuum I've ever owned-- this one has not needed to be de-haired once. I wish I could get this motor head for my older machines.
