Worked great but died after 1 week

Very impressed with the Dyson v11 would give it 5 stars but after 1 week it died, red lights blinking 3 times would not run. We have received a replacement (very good customer service). I will enter a new review when I can use the Dyson for a month

I couldn’t be happier with this machine. I would recommend it to anyone. The suction power is so much better than any other vacuum I’ve ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stick vacuum is easy to use and has great suction power. The battery life is about 45 minutes on medium settings which is adequate for me. the doc station is an awesome feature making recharging as easy as it can be. Love my Dyson!!!

Hesitant to buy given the price tag. But very glad I plugged! Seems to find dirt I didn't think was there. Would like padded handle or one that has ergonomic shape. Also would have liked headlights and head that propels itself. Have purchased additional accessories to complete my cleaning needs: extension and mini motorized head. Definitely like not having to worry about the cord.

My first Dyson

I come from a family where my adult children have had Dyson's for years. This is my first one. I am so thrilled with mine. I love the docking station, the ease of cleaning it, and the ability to change it's attachments. The suction is fabulous as well.

Upgraded from a d6.it is more powerful and easier to use! Different power levels and a display to show how much running time is left. Easier dump for emptying dirt. The parys also go on and off easier. I love it. Great ugrade!!
