Super disappointed

I have had this vacuum for about 3 years. the first 2 years were great, but year 3…first the filter failed, I bought a replacement it was defective, finally got a filter that worked, then the bin broke, got a new one. Now the main body doesn’t work… can’t order a new one they are not in stock. And of course it is out of warranty. I paid a lot for this vacuum and expected to get more than 3 years out of it. (I have a canister vacuum that I have had for 20 years and still works great, but it has a cord) SO FRUSTRATING! I will NOT buy another Dyson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The worse

I've had this vacuum for less than 3 yrs and it's so broken down with cheap quality materials. The head has had to be replaced, the buttons from the attachments have broken, and the trash compartment has had to be replaced. This isn't my first Dyson cordless disappointed in the quality of the vacuum !
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst piece of garbage

On my second motor and now that one does not work well had a v8 1st and loved it but wanted to up grade.. DUMP mistake.. have to go over the dirt a few times to pick up. People do not buy this one

So far so good

So far, this vac has worked well and I'm very happy with it's performance. The one issue I have is with the assembly instructions. There are only pictures of what to do, no written instructions at all, and the pictures aren't always understandable.

2nd purchase of this model. At this price point this makes for a long lasting, easy to use and the suction is impressive.
