Never Expected This

Normally, when you see advertisements for vacuums saying, "Made to clean pet hair" you say to yourself, "Yeah, right! I am sure it is until you have to remove the tangled hair from the roller!"
Well, guess what! This product not only cleans very, very well, it absolutely left no hair on the roller after vacuuming an area that had not been vacuumed in at least a month with two shelties roaming around. Yes, it was "Hair City"! I had never expected this, that a vacuum would actually be able to clean that area (upstairs and hallway) within about 10 minutes! Actually, I made it look rediculously fun and my grandson wanted to vacuum so I let him. He cleaned the whole hallway and all of the stairs before he said, "Bumpa (that's me), I'm tired now. Can I stop?". I of course smiled and said, "Of course you can! So now it's my turn again!". Yes this vacuum is "FUN TO USE". I can hardly wait to get home from work to vacuum some more!

Bought it a couple weeks ago on sale. Wife had been wanting one but didn’t want to pay the price. Worked out great She loves it. Works like a dream. Have hard floors and area rugs.

I love my Dyson V11+. It is lightweight, has a powerful suction and came with some great attachments. It’s definitely worth the investment.

I love the Dyson V11. It works great. The only thing I do not like is the fact that I have to keep the on button down to run it. Obviously, whomever came up with this bright idea does not vacuum a house.

Good vacuum

Vacuum works good but is annoying to use. You have to pull trigger entire time and the handle doesn’t sit comfortably in your hand (gives me a blister after long use)

This is BY FAR the best vacuum I have used, and we tried several cheaper ones before returning to Dyson. I love the suction and cleaning power of this vacuum, and its ability to seamlessly flow between hardwood and carpet. I would have given 5 stars EXCEPT I DO NOT like the design of the canister. I am flabbergasted as to why the "engineers/designers" would change the design (we have an older model) so that you have to take off the attachments in order to empty the canister! LIKE WHY? And hair and small fuzz gets stuck between the parts when you try to empty it. Its not a total deal breaker since I didn't return it but it seems quite opposite of the other amazing features that Dyson exemplifies.
