Right out of the box

I opened the box, read all the directions and can not get this machine to charge. I have watched every YouTube video and still nothing! Very frustrated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The brush bar stops rotating

Overall, it is a good vacuum for our house. I'm quite impressed with the performance on the hard floor. However, I observed that the brush bar stops rotating every now and then. I thought this issue will go away after some uses but it still persist after 2 weeks of use. Is this a product defect for v11 or something? I don't think this affect the performance that much but just not a good feeling when seeing the brush bar stops frequently.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Emptying bin

I like the vacuum overall but don’t like having to detach the bin from the hose to empty it. I would not have purchased it if I had known how it works.

Having it for a month now, I am glad that I bought it, it’s very powerful for a cordless. I have tiles and wood floors, just use the lowest setting and it sucks everything up, the lowest setting gives me 65 minutes running time. My house is 1600 square feet, after vacuuming the whole house, there is still 60% battery left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a Rottweiler and he sheds like crazy so we vacuum daily!! The V11 leaves NOTHING behind!!! I only wish for two things, 1) that I could push a button so that it stays on rather than pulling the trigger and 2) that an organizer of some kind was available for all of the wonderful attachments 🤗

No complaint so far, loving the vacuum in a sense it’s too much for what I need but I’m not complaining ☺️. I would give it a 5 stars, but wish it had more attachments for it.

Best money I’ve ever spent on a vacuum. Love the ease of no cord and how simple it is to use. I now vacuum almost daily and I no longer dread it. Highly recommend!

Amazing product

This model is exponentially better than the previous model we had! The beater bar head fully pivots in all directions and has a larger gap allowing for larger items to be sucked up. The battery lasts MUCH longer! We can do the whole 2000 sq ft house without dying and the strength of suction is impressive. We got it on Black Friday, so the price was better than usual, which was also a selling point
