I had a Dyson V7 for long time and the trigger finally broke and couldn't be repaired. I loved the Dyson product so tried another one V11. I have an English Setter that has long hair and this vacuum is amazing the suction and pet hair control really works. I get so much hair every time I vacuum.

This purchase was to replace a V11 Animal that we purchased 5 1/2 years ago. Several of the plastic parts on the original vacuum were braking, so we decided to replace it with a new V11, because we were pleased with the performance of the original V11.
Both V11s perform nicely. The suction is strong, and both of them are easy to maneuver.
