Great Cordless Vac

I love Dyson products and the Dyson V11 is my third cordless vac. I am currently using V10 and V11. There are a few newer features on the V11 which are nice but still the button to run the vac is in a bad spot and no on/off switch. Also there should be an option to turn off roller brush.

We started off with the V8 and quickly upgraded to the V11. Best vacuum purchased. Overall it picks up everything and the best part is the attachments for the car. Easy to vacuum the cars.

I didn’t know I could love a vacuum so much!

I purchased this vacuum after using one to help clean a friends house after a trip. I did not know I could love a vacuum so much! It is so easy to use. We have a dog that sheds a lot and a toddler so I find myself using it almost daily. I cannot recommend it more!

Great purchase

So far the Dyson is really easy to use. It is perfect for my one bedroom apartment and my two cats. The attachment for the couch works wonders. Sometimes the ground attachment struggles with larger chunks of items like food. Overall very easy to use. This vacuum made vacuuming fun again. I will say my floors have never felt cleaner.

A pain to use: unwieldy and heavy

Buyer beware: this vacuum is heavy, bulky, and unwieldy. Frankly, it’s a pain to use and I hate it. Bought it when battery of my great V8 died from a combination of cat fur and desert dust. Figured that a newer and bigger model must be better, right? Perhaps it is. It certainly has more bells and whistles. But it’s so heavy and unwieldy to maneuver that I’m not using it at all, so what’s the point? I should’ve returned it after the first try, but it was so difficult to unpack that the thought of packing it all back up and returning it just was too much. Be very sure you want to lift and push this machine around if you purchase it. I should’ve stuck with my V8.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than I expected

I have been using a Dyson Ball vacuum for several years but no longer have carpets. I also don't like bending down to plug in electric leads (old age). The Dyson V11 is very light, very versatile and plenty of suction and the charge lasts plenty of time. Small enough to use in the car to get rid if grit and debris and long enough so I dont have to stoop over to use it. Great buy

We just used our Dyson for the first time. We were shocked st the amount of dirt and hair that cane off an area rug that had been vacuumed the day before by our old vacuum. I have arthritis in my hands and it is uncomfortable to hold the switch on while using the V11
