The vacuum is very powerful, picks up all debris but having to hold the trigger is not ideal. I understand the conservation of energy but it’s not ideal when having to vacuum a large space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello, this is Summer with Dyson. I am so sorry to see from your review that you have experienced some issues with your Dyson V11. We'd value the opportunity to learn more regarding your experience, as we're dedicated to customer satisfaction. We have sent you an email, we hope to hear from you soon.
I bought one v11 for the house for quick jobs. Love it so much bought another for my store. Now I'm older and figured I'd buy another so I don't have to carry everything upstairs so now I have a upstairs and downstairs one. I have arthritis is the reason not that I'm lazy. They work great , I take good care of them and haven't had a problem. I also have two dogs and vacuum at least once a day.
3/4 of a gallon of dust came out of my carpets the first and second time I used the vacuum, in spite of the fact that the carpets had been vacuumed for the past decade with other sweepers. Now we're down to a pint each time after three uses. The battery lasts 3/4 of the way through a 3200sqft house. My only quibble is that the trigger gives my finger a blister holding it in the on position as I vacuum. It would be nice to have a fast charger, but not a deal breaker.
