Does a great job. Due to a problem in shipping I had to get a new cleaning head and bought a High Torque head instead of the normal Motorhead. I don't have animals and didn't need the hair removal feature. I don't know if this combination is available as a package new, but I'd highly recommend it if it's available.

I am loving it for the most part. Only issue I have is that sometimes it won't pick up something when I am pushing towards the mess and I will have to go around it and then pull back towards me before it will pick up certain things (like a cricket or any dead bug). Also, it would great if it had a light to light up the floor when its sort of dark. The light will show where the dirt is or where I have already passed over.

Had this product V11 for a month. Works great like previous Dyson hand-held. Improvements from previous DC59 are good. Wife’s only complaint, it’s much heavier.

Quick and easy cordless vacuum to get out so I can clean small everyday messes. I also purchased this vacuum for the ECO mode. I have ruggable rugs and you can't use a high powered suction, this cordless vacuum in ECO mode is perfect for my vacuuming these rugs! A few cons that I have is that you have to detach accessories from the handheld unit in order to empty the bin and the unit itself is fairly heavy and so after a while, I have to switch hands because the grip isn't that comfortable between your thumb and fingers. Maybe Dyson should look into better ergonomic handles.
