I got this as a Christmas gift from my son n I love it..it's the best vaccum cleaner I've ever had..I would highly recommend it...cleans my bare floors n carpet really well easy to manage..

Great suction but doesn’t work well with ruggables and every time I have to change the position of the wand the Motorhead comes up and I have to step on it to push it down on the floor again.

I bought a refurbished Dyson V6 from Dyson 10 years ago and it still works perfectly except the battery only lasts about 15 minutes. It now goes to my garage for vacuuming my cars. This new V11 is quieter, more powerful and the battery seems to last quite a lot longer. I'm happy 😊
