I bought the V11 as an upgrade after having a V8 for years. I love this product and its attachments. I love that it attaches to the wall and stays out of the way of my pets and kids. We have a husky and this vacuum makes a huge difference in my cleaning!

I Purchased a Dyson as a gift that will be given in May. I keep getting mail stating my warranty is in effect etc. The box has never been unwrapped. The Dyson is not in service. The email is from a list and there is no way to contact anyone. What company automatically activated a warenty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My second Dyson stick, the first one I got ten great years out of. Most definitely the best vacuum I have ever owned. I also have three dogs and it handle all there hair which is amazing in it self

Digital user manual is not customer friendly nor are the Torx screws, already have something stuck in the floor roller and I’ll have to purchase a screwdriver kit just to remove the screws.

I really had my doubts when I bought this, but it is great! I am able to sweep under my beds with easy, sweep my steps and the rest of my hardwood and carpeted floors with battery remaining. So happy with this purchase. And did I say it’s light. And holding the button down to run this machine has not been a problem for me. I can happily recommend this machine.
