This was not a quick decision because of the price of this appliance. That said, i totally love this machine. We have cats and fur is an ongoing issue. The V11 removes the fur from furniture and carpeting in one pass. I don’t have to keep running the machine over the same area to remove the fur. The mobility is also exceptional. It will reach under the beds, coffee table around chairs. It’s also much quieter than I anticipated. I love the cordless feature. The battery has ample power to allow me to vacuum out downstairs without recharging. I like the feature that gives me the choice of power with just the push of a button. The time remaining on a charge is easy to read too.

I have to be honest about this expensive purchase. I spent the money for cordless convenience and ease of use. I haven’t had it very long so haven’t used all features. Here’s what,in my opinion, I am pleased about. Good suction and the ability to tune that down, ease of emptying canister, long wand to reach higher areas, ease of changing attachments, dock for storage fits in a corner. Here’s what I find on the less than convenient side: only 7 pounds, but is heavy to use-especially overhead, battery pack connection port in awkward spot-you have to plug it underneath motor before docking, no flexible hose(perhaps that’s an extra cost?) use as handheld is heavy and cumbersome in small areas. That’s about it for now. I’ll gladly revise this review as warranted.
