Only lasted few months Great when it briefly worke

Our Dyson was reconditioned. It was great while it worked. It was a Christmas gift It only worked ! It was used 3 months but as it was at a summer home by the time back it started acting up. And was no longer working properly though the process to get it fixed or replaced it was over the 1yr so Dyson refused to do anything
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought a V11 Extra 3 weeks ago. It's my third Dyson and I really enjoy this cordless vacuum cleaner, easy to use, very good suction power and a wide range of accessories. The automatic mode which adjust on surface is a plus. The battery durability is good.

I LOVE my Dyson! Absolutely Love the pickup power and the NO cord. Truly, vacuuming is a lot more enjoyable knowing and seeing how much more dirt and dust my Dyson picks up than my old vacuum did. And I thought my old vacuum was really good, but this one out does it.

I own two Dyson Animal series, old and new models and I don't want to use anything else that is not Dyson. The cordless one I was curious and I can tell you is well worth it. Great to use on small areas like stairs or bathrooms, also cars and furniture, it has great suction power. It can also clean an entire carpeted room if needed. Battery is decent enough.

I love this vacuum. Only one "complaint" and that is something that I had read about in another review: having to hold the power switch "on" and getting a blister on my finger based on placement. But that is a small price to pay for the fantastic job it does picking up the cat hair under beds, chairs, from the hardwood floors, carpets and furniture. It's quieter than I thought it would be.
