I bought this new, plugged it in and charged it fully as the instructions say and it never turned on. Never powered on. I am still waiting for the replacement.

Great vacuum! Nice power and portability. Battery is good. Attachment are useful. Good for car and house. The only problem is there is no hepa filter and the exhaust blows right into my face cause an allergy attack every time I use it. This is a real problem for me.

I received the Dyson V11 extra for a replacement when my V10 died unexpectedly.
The V11 extra only comes with one head; the Motorbar™ cleaner head unlike the V10 that came with 2 heads (which included a soft roller bar head for hardwoods). I have mostly hardwoods so it is louder than expected. Otherwise I love this vacuum. I like how the V11 Extra shows you how much battery life & it comes with many many attachments.
