I am happy with my Dyson VII with one exception, it is heavier than I expected. Also the tab on the handle hurts my thumb, therefore I wear a glove to keep it from rubbing my thumb sore.

Purchased this directly from Dyson. Quick delivery and it runs like a Dyson - flawless. A little bit larger than the V8 I had for 13 years but more powerful too with longer lasting battery. Easier to clean. The only improvement that Dyson could make would be to provide better instructions with photos. I realize that everything is on YouTube but some simple assembly instructions would have helped.

This is my 3rd Dyson stick vacuum. I purchased this one for my upstairs. It is excellent! After vacuuming, it feels like I’m walking on a new carpet!

Have owned the V11 for about a month. It works great on carpets, rugs, hardwood and ceramic floors. Easy to empty and easy to use. Haven’t owned it long enough to rate battery life.
