I love it. I have owned two other brands and this is by far the best. The dirt receptacle is easy to empty and the suction is amazing. I would only make one improvement. I wish the trigger would lock as my finger gets tired if I am using for an extended period. My sister has arthritis and it would be difficult for her to hold down.

I got this as a 70th birthday gift from my 3 children and I absolutely love it. It is so much lighter to carry and I like that you don't have to plug it in in whatever room you are vacuuming in. It turns on a dime and you don't need to buy replacement bags for it.

I purchased the V8 last month and after realizing it was not powerful enough for my needs I returned it with no difficulty and replaced it with thee V11.
This is everything I was hoping for. I have a corded dyson that's too powerful to vacuum some of our rug. The V11 can now vacuum the rugs on the medium setting without shredding them! The powerful setting is fantastic for cleaning the car and the medium setting is great for everyday whizz around thee house. It's just super handy.

Be aware that the power button requires you to hold it down while using. I was unaware of this and it would have reason for me not to purchase. I also prepare a charging station that stands alone, not something I have to screw into the wall. This is my 3rd vacuum purchase in 5 years. I sure hope this one lasts. So far the suction and battery life are great, we have been using for 2 months. We have mainly hardwood floors. It does good on thick are rugs, but not on thin rugs. We use this daily as we are a household of 8 people, and homeschool our kids, it is an active household.
