Vacuum works well, but experienced a minor problem with a part that came off first time using it. Called for help and it was obvious that call center was in India. The guy spoke good English but kept me on the phone with what felt like a million questions. Made it seem like he was going to help me, but then lost my phone connection, I figured I would receive a replacement part since I gave him my information. It’s been two weeks and no part. My opinion is all they give you is lip service. I hope my machine has no more problems as I have no trust in them. They didn’t stand behind their product.

I bought this a month ago. It is versatile and powerful. Even though I vacuum my throw rugs regularly, I had to empty the Dyson three times when I vacuumed one rug. It works equally great on hard surfaces. It quickly and easily transforms from a stick vacuum to a handheld one for spot cleaning and vacuuming the car. It runs for about 30 minutes before needing to be recharged which is enough time to vacuum my 1400 square foot house. It also recharges quickly.

The only feature I don’t enjoy is the on off feature where once you release the on button it shuts off. So the whole time I’m vacuuming I must hold onto the trigger.
