So far this picks up so much. I would have given it 5 stars but it’s hard to find useful info. What do you do with it when you stop to pick something up. I’m scared to lean it on a wall as it might fall. Putting it in the floor is a pain. Also info on attachments. What attachments wont scratch the wood floors. I have a thick piled throw rugs that the floor attachment won’t go though.

Only have had it a few weeks but this is my second one. First one only lasted four years V10. Hopefully this one last longer. I vacuum a lot but it should last longer than that.

I purchased the Dyson V11 vacuum to replace my first Dyson V8 vacuum that provided over 8 years of service and still works, but the battery needed to be replaced. However I decided that I wanted to purchase the V11 for the larger canister capacity, and I really liked that it came with a pedestal stand that looks amazing. The V11 has performed flawlessly and the battery life is exceptional.

I purchased this a couple of months ago and am very dissatisfied that the battery does not hold a charge more than 20 minutes and even less if using Turbo! The medium setting has very weak suction so I use turbo. Can only vac half my house and then wait for a recharge to finish. This is not what I paid for. I’ve given it a fair trial and now want to return it.

The powehead makes a terrible sound. It also feels like the head wants to move off-center when the vacuum is pulled back and forth.
