I love my new vacuum! I have 2 labs, one that sheds so much I’m surprised she has any fur on her body! This vacuum keeps my home, furniture, everything completely fur free! I vacuum midday and I just love it! There is truly nothing like it. Best vacuum I’ve ever owned and I’m 68! I’ve actually gotten a few friends to purchase one after seeing what it did for me. Amazing and light!

Absolutely LOVE this Dyson V11! We use it daily since we have three Australian Shepherds that shed a bit too much for my liking. It's lightweight, quick and easy to use. Works great on both hardwood and the area rugs we have all over the house. If you are careful it does not pull the throw rugs up and get caught which is what I was afraid of. If you push down too hard with it of course it does but if you go over lightly enough and hold your foot on the corner of the throw rug it just vacs everything up quickly and easily. It fits under beds and sofas with ease and just does a phenomenal job! Seriously, love how easily it empties and stores so compactly. I used to be a housekeeper and had I know about this earlier I would've taken it with me to houses I clean that's how much I love it! Even the attachments are great. Don't hesitate to purchase. Best investment we've made this year! Love Love Love it! Worth every penny.

This vacuum is superb. This is my third Dyson and I can't believe the amount of power it packs. I use it every other day and each time the cup is half full. Not sure where all the dust is coming from but love the fact that my home is cleaner for it.

This is the second stick Dyson, and I also own a Dyson ball canister. My first stick had flimsy plastic parts that broke, the ball canister started having hi pitched sounds coming from it when I used it, starting only a few months after I purchased it. I was hesitant to buy another Dyson, but on the recommendation of a friend who had this model I did. So far, I am very pleased with the job it does. It does seem to be pretty powerful in pulling dirt out of my carpets (I have a dog). So far, I am extremely pleased, and hope Dyson has made improvements over past models.

I have had a Dyson V10 cordless vacuum for over 7 years. I even refurbished it once, I loved it so much. I finally had to upgrade to the V11. I’m so disappointed with this vacuum. The noise the brush head makes is outrageous - I’ve already called to discuss and Dyson replaced once due to a design flaw, but the new one does the same thing. The bristles hit the plastic as they spin and so it’s just noisy and annoying. The suction is ok. The Low setting has been replaced be Eco. Battery life is good. But the overall weight increased because of the digital screen, which seems very unnecessary. And they still haven’t designed a trigger hold. Overall, I really wanted to be wowed but this model but it’s just a disappointing amount of noise and poor product design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This vacuum does a great job, my first one 👏 ran about 10 years when I decided I just needed an upgrade. It sweeps great, extremely easy to empty the bin of dirt and lasts long enough to get the house swept.
