Battery doesn't hold for 60 minutes . Need better battery. Long Hair going inside the filter and very difficult to take it out.

I bought this item a few weeks ago and had to ship it back because the head would not stay down on the floor. I was given a return number and took it to UPS as advised and I have not heard anything since. I followed directions very carefully. Please let me hear from you soon.

I was expecting the Dyson V11 to be easier and lighter to use as I have shoulder and hands issues. However, it is much heavier than I expected, and the biggest challenge for me is that the on/off button is in the hand grip which is activated by continuously pressing it while vacuuming. There is also a divider between the index finger used to press the on/off button and the rest of the hand. If you have small hands like I do, the fingers rub against this divider and it will irritate your finders and very uncomfortable to use.
As to the actual vacuum, the suction is very good and does work well.
