4.5 stars here (can't display the extra 1/2 star). Lots of money but also lots of suction & functionality. Pretty close in power to a plug in Dyson Animal which we also own. Battery life is unexpectedly good with variable performance function. Removed 1/2 star because there's so much plastic. Longevity & ruggedness? Only time will tell.

I like my old V8 model better- it was lighter and easier to empty into the garbage. Wish I stuck with the older version.

Easy and smooth gliding vacuum. Very quiet & easy to handle. Picks up lots of dirt. The battery light life is very helpful. I love that it has 3 different vacuum levels. It was time to get a new Dyson and this is a great upgrade from our much older version.

Vacuum work very hood, but to hold power trigger for long period of time is very difficult. So we have to purchase attachment to trigger that aloud to use it like on-off switch. My opinion is that this attachment has to be included in package when I purchase expensive Dyson product.

Really liking the vacuum. Has great suction, turns very easily and fits under furniture my old one couldn’t get too. My only concern is that when I empty to canister I feel like there’s an area of it I can’t get to to fully empty. There’s a lip there that stops it from getting past that area
