My opinion is it works well, The 3 different settings make it more useful when extra power is needed.
But on the higher setting it eats up the battery life.
Needs an extra battery.
The one thing I don’t like it sucks up my smaller carpets and stops the intake wheel from running when on higher settings and the lowest settings doesn’t cut it.

This is the third Dyson I’ve owned. Been wanting the cordless and I am not disappointed. So easy to grab it and go. It swivels in all angles to clean hard spots. Light and easy to hold. All the adapters are wonderful, have used them all. Perfect for cleaning my car too! With the small adapter hose and attachments,
I can do any area of my home, or grab it just for a quick clean up job. Love that. The absolute only downside is the button does not lock in place and you have to hold it while vacuuming. Had I realized that, would have picked a different model. Still works like I’ve come to expect my Dyson’s to work!

I have had this vacuum for three weeks now and while it does vacuum well, I would add a light and an “on” button that stays on vs off when I let go
