upgraded from v8 to v11. Love the new one. battery lasts much longer. Better suction for sure. Love it. Got the one that come with many tools, only wish they came with documentation for what each is intended for.

Love the suction. Having a very hard time taking off the 'stick' so that I can empty the canister. You have to step on the bottom and really, really yank it many times. Looking online, but appears this is an issue with this vacuum. Very frustrating....otherwise love it

The bin doesnt close right after dumping. Then it spews dirt and garbage out the side.

We've had a Dyson Ball Animal for about 13 years and it's still going strong. So when we decided we needed a smaller vacuum for touch-ups, we came back to the Dyson brand for the quality and value for money. This V11 is just great! Doing every-other day cleaning of the front hall and kitchen, and picking up the dog-hair 'tumbleweeds' keeps the place looking great between our whole-house vacuuming.
